The Judicial Police Units Specialized in people with Constitutional immunity arrested Manuel Cayetano Sierra Deluque, current Secretary for Department of the Treasury in La Guajira.
Cayetano Sierra Deluque is wanted by virtue of a preventive detention order issued by the 11th Delegate Prosecutor´s Office before the Supreme Court for the alleged commission of execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements and embezzlement in favor of third parties.
