A judge with supervisory functions “control de garantías” in Floridablanca (Santander) issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against Henry Backer Rueda who allegedly attacked María Alejandra Pedraza Banderas with acid.
The incident occurred on December 3rd, 2011 at Asturias neighborhood in Bucaramanga when she was burned with muriatic acid and large part of her body was injured.
