After the Attorney General´s Office appealed decision handed down by the Fifth Circuit Criminal Court in Bogotá against former councilman Andrés Camacho Casado, the High Court in Bogotá modified the punishment from 40 to 69 months in prison for the offenses of exercise of undue influence and bribery.
Likewise, the High Court revoked previous release order and ordered his arrest.
