The preventive detention order issued against prosecuted people in the case of Interbolsa is confirmed

The 30th Criminal Circuit Court in Bogotá denied replacement of the preventive detention order issued against former employees of Interbolsa Firm who are under investigation for losses they caused to investors of such firm. During the public hearing, it was considered that actions of the 64^th Municipal Criminal Judge in Bogotá with supervisory functions (control de garantías) who issued the preventive detention order, are consistent with Law.
