The 78th municipal criminal court of Bogotá, with supervisory functions (control de garantias) issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against four (4) officers from the National Prison (Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario – INPEC) and one (1) individual for embezzlement of four thousand eight hundred pesos at this institution.
The judge considered that they are dangerous for community as they breached the laws or rules of procedure at this institution.
