A preventive detention order was issued against a person who allegedly committed forced disappearance

Members of the Criminal Investigation Team CTI in Neiva detained Wilson Faber Endo Quintero, aka Bombo or Garfield in San Humberto neighborhood in Soacha (Cundinamarca) for being the alleged perpetrator of the disappearance of Ezequiel Martínez Lugo, in January 2009,  on the road Acevedo – Neiva (Huila).

The  16^th Specialized Prosecutor´s Office in Ibague brought charges against Endo Quintero for the offenses of forced disappearance. A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued  against him and  therefore, he was transferred to a  prison located in  Picaleña – Ibague.
