The 8th Municipal Criminal Judge with supervisory functions (control de garantías) issued a preventive detention order against five people arrested during operatives conducted last week of July in the cities of Bucaramanga and Girón (Santander) for their alleged role in artisanal production of lubricating oil for vehicles.
The detained people were Cristian Fabián Pimiento Bautista, Jorge Enrique Rodriguez, César Alfonso Moncada Rodríguez, Jesús María Solano Vásquez and Bertha Mercedes Bautista Gómez. All but the woman, pleaded guilty to the charges of usurpation of industrial property rights.
