A Specialized Prosecutor will bring charges against 28 alleged members of the criminal gang Clan Úsuga, also known in the past as Los Urabeños, operating in Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca).
According to the investigation, the above mentioned criminal organization is engaged in committing multiple criminal offenses such as extortion, forced displacement, murders and disappearances, among others. The Attorney General´s Office linked 14 cases to this investigation, one of them for murder and dismemberment of three people on november 2013 and march 2014.
