A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued agaisnt a person who transported more than 40 kilos of cocaine in a truck

A supervisory judge (Juez de Control de Garantías) in La Paz (Cesar) approved the arguments of the 29^th  Local Prosecutor´s Office and issued a  preventive detention order with imprisonment agaisnt Orlando Vacca Quintana for aggravated drug trafficking, manufacturing or possession of drugs.

Members from the National Police Antinarcotics Division retained a vehicle at San Diego (Cesar) public road in which the accused was traveling. Inside the vehicle at a separate fuel tank compartment transported about 40 kilos of cocaine.
