A drug dealer in the city of Pereira was convicted

CTI members in Risaralda arrested Deybi Otoniel Gutiérrez Acosta in a public road in the city of Pereira according to an arrest warrant issued by the First Sentencing Court (Juzgado de Ejecución de Penas) for trafficking, manufacturing or  possession of drugs.

At the request of the 12^th Prosecutor´s Office in the city of Pereira, Gutiérrez Acosta was convicted by the First Criminal Circuit Court to 56 months in prison since on October 2013 during a volunteer registration, National Police members found the arrested person  in possession of 29 doses of cocaine base.
