The 36th Regional Prosecutor belonging to the Prosecutor´s Offices Subdirectorate in San José de Guaviare (Guaviare) requested a supervisory judge (Juez de Control de Garantías) to issue a preventive detention order against Liliana María Arcila Cuervo for her alleged role in the offense of aggravated drug trafficking.
The events occurred in the municipality of Puerto Concordia (Meta) on July 20that a police checkpoint where they saw the 28 years old woman, Liliana Maria Arcila, riding a high performance motorcycle which was moving and balancing unusually.
