At request of the Attorney General´s Office, preventive detention orders with imprisonment were issued against five alleged members of the so-called criminal gang “Los cripy” by a supervisory judge (Juez de Control de Garantías).
According to investigations, the arrested individuals would be part of the above mentioned criminal gang which is engaged in drug trafficking activities in Soacha (Cundinamarca) and they have allegedly perpetrated murders and robberies.
