Technical Investigation Team members belonging to the Prosecutor’s Office in Ibague (Tolima) arrested Miguel Helmer Martínez Ramírez at request of 2^nd Municipal Criminal Court with supervisory functions (Control de Garantías) for a sexual violence offense.
