In the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal (Risaralda), Technical Investigation Team (CTI) members from regional office in Risaralda with the support of the Colombian National Police arrested Mauricio Zuluaga Pico for the offense of manufacture, trafficking or possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.
The arrest was based on facts occurred on december 2012, in Santa Rosa de Cabal where the captured allegedly made and attempt on a minor´s life.
