Eduardo Alberto Murillo Mena, alias El Diablo was sentenced to 60 years in prison for his participation in an armed attack at Robledo neighborhood in the city of Medellin. As a result of this action, five people died and one was injured.
According to the investigation conducted by a regional prosecutor in Medellin on April 30, 2011 Murillo Mena accompanied by another person burst into many apartments of that community and took several residents out and then they were taken to building number 16.
Then he called a third person who allegedly ordered to shot at all people. As a result, Juan David Cortés Fernández, Eduard Ríos Zapata, Harnefer Pareja Zapata, Elver Jiménez Montoya y Gladis Elena Avendaño Rodríguez died. Cristina Zapata Arias was injured.
