The Criminal Investigation Team from Risaralda region arrested José Luis Yépez Pérez in La Arenera neighborhood from Cartago (Valle) for the offense of drug trafficking, manufacture or possession of drugs according to a detention order issued by the third Sentencing Court in on order to serve a sentence of 56 months in prison.
Yépez Pérez was arrested based on the facts occurred on July 2013 in the way Cerritos – La Virginia (Risaralda) when he was found by National Police officers in possession of six plastic bags containing narcotic plants.
