The 40th Criminal Circuit Court in Bogotá hearing the case sentenced Nule´s architect and contractor, Hector Julio Gómez González, to 10 years and 29 days in prison for participating in the so-called contract carousel1 “Carrusel de la Contratación”.
The court also ordered the defendant to pay a 4,000 statutory minimum wage fine.
