A preventive detention order was issued against the highest ringleader of “Los Rastrojos” criminal organization in Norte de Santander region

Based on the Prosecutor´s evidence, the Second Municipal Criminal Court in Cúcuta (Norte de Santander) with supervisory functions, issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against Jhon Jairo Restrepo Manco, alias Tony, main ringleader of “Los Rastrojos” criminal organization which operates in that department.
