The Attorney General Office brought charges against a hired assassin from Los Paisas criminal organization, for a teacher’s death

The Attorney General Office brought charges against Alvaro Javier Fernández Velásquez, alias Roba Leche, before the 10th Specialized Circuit Court for the OIT, for the crime of the teacher Maria Eugenia Arango Zapata.

The First Specialized Prosecutor from the National Directorate of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, said that Fernández Velásquez, is responsible for the death of the  26 years old teacher, according to the facts occurred in August 10, 2011 at kilometer 3, Puerto Antioquia – Tarazá road in Antioquia.
