A preventive detention order was issued against the person who allegedly murdered the brother of the Mayor in Soacha (Cundinamarca)

Once a Supervisory Judge in Soacha (Cundinamarca) accepted the arguments of the prosecuting authority, he issued a preventive detention order against Jonathan Tibasosa Ocampo for the offenses of aggravated homicide and illegal possession of firearms.

The arrest was conducted on june 28 by SIJIN officers as he was the alleged responsible for the murder of Alejandro Mojica, brother of Juan Carlos Nemocón, Mayor of the above mentioned municipality.
