The Fifth Criminal Circuit Court in Manizales sentenced Jhonatan Bernal Ramirez, alias Puntilla, to 20 years and 8 months in prison for the offenses of aggravated murder, aggravated illegal possession of firearms and aggravated qualified theft with intent.
According to the 14th Regional Prosecutor Office belonging to the Unit of Crimes against Life in Manizales, the facts occurred on march 9th when Ramírez Bernal intended to rob some belongings of the taxi driver Jose Javier Zuluaga Gómez but he attacked him with a firearm and killed him.
