A hearing concerning the incident to compensate victims of Self Defence Forces of Colombia (AUC) in Riohacha (La Guajira) will be held

The 9^th Prosecutor from the Transitional Justice Directorate of Barranquilla (Atlántico) and a judge from the Supreme Court of the above mentioned city will hold a hearing related to the incident of compensation of victims of violence in Guajira region, in the framework of the legal process conducted against Hernán Giraldo Serna, alias El Patrón, commander of Resistencia Tayrona Front. This person was extradited to the United States and is currently imprisoned in the State of Virginia. This hearing is scheduled for today until Friday 4 July, in the Palace of Justice in Riohacha (Guajira).
