A presiding judge from the 35th Criminal Court in Bogotá, sentenced Francy Jaqueline Zapata Gaviria to 4 years in prison for the crime of trafficking, manufacture and possession of drugs.
The Circuit Court has also ordered the defendant to pay a fine of 62 minimal monthly wages.
