For alleged links with Mancuso, a preventive detention order was issued against 13 people related to Enilse López companies

A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued against 13 people who are related to 6 companies belonging to Enilse del Rosario López Romero for alleged links with the former paramilitary head Salvatore Mancuso Gómez.

The decision was taken by the 9^th Municipal Criminal Judge in Cartagena (Bolivar), acting as a supervisory judge, as he considered that the crimes of conspiracy, money laundering and illicit enrichment of a third party are serious offenses that require such a  measure, according to the  Colombian Criminal Code.
