The 13^th Municipal Criminal Court in Barranquilla (Atlántico), with supervisory functions, issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against Kevin Samuel Ibarra Castro, for his alleged responsibility in the murder of Rodolfo Rafael Cantillo Ahumada.
