A preventive detention order was issued against four members of a criminal organization working for ‘Clan Úsuga’

A preventive detention order was issued against four people who would allegedly be part of a criminal organization working for “Clan Úsuga”. They were arrested during search warrants conducted last week by CTI members from Regional Office in Bolivar in coordination with Colombian Navy. Among those who pled not guilty to all the offenses charged by the 33^rd  Prosecutor´s Office specialized in Antinarcotics and Money Laundering in Cartagena, were Fabio Nelson Cárdenas Plazas, Félix Caraballo Mendoza, Wilfredo Rentería Palacios and Luis Darío Murillo Hinestroza.
