A preventive detention order was issued against people who contaminated containers with drugs destined to Spain

The 11^th Municipal Criminal Court in Cali, with supervisory functions, accepted the argument made by the prosecuting authority and issued a preventive detention order against five alleged members of an organization engaged in trafficking narcotics from Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca) to Valencia (Spain).
