A preventive detention order was issued against a policeman and four other people for the offenses of kidnapping with extortion and abusive access to computer systems

A preventive detention order was issued against a patrol officer and four other people by a supervisory judge at request of the Attorney General Office.  The above mentioned people retained a woman and her two daughters while her husband was trying to obtain $30.000.000 million pesos in order to evade an alleged arrest warrant.
