A municipal criminal judge in Alcalá (Valle del Cauca), acting as a supervisory judge, issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against César Antonio Conde Gallego, alias Muelón, who would be a criminal ring leader, engaged in committing robberies in this area of Valle del Cauca. This band used minors in order to achieve its goal.
According to the investigation, Conde, a 19 years old male, is the alleged ring leader of a criminal band which robbed livestock, electrical appliances, among others, by using minors to commit armed robbery in the rural and urban area.
