A preventive detention order was issued against a person who was allegedly linked to Los Rastrojos

A Municipal Criminal Judge, acting as a supervisory judge, issued a preventive detention order against Lisander Ardila Toledo, alias Giovanny Chatarrero at  request of the 15^th Specialized Prosecutor Office, belonging to the National Directorate specialized in Organized Crime, for his alleged links with the criminal organization Los Rastrojos which operates in the North area of Valle del Cauca.
According to the Attorney General Office, the 30 years old male is the alleged armorer from the criminal organization.
