The retired Army Mayor, Marco Wilson Quijano Mariño, who was sentenced to 53 years in prison for the murder of a man who was presented as a guerrilla member was arrested at his home after escaping from custody.
The arrest took place in May 5, 2014 at 2:15 am at Quijano´s home located at Niza neighborhood (Cucuta) for a domestic violence offense.
