Public servants from the Attorney General Office assigned to the Regional Office in Santander with support of Army agents from the Second Division Intelligence Unit arrested in Caldas (Antioquia), the Italian citizen wanted for extradition, Domenico Trimboli.
The arrest warrant decreed by the Attorney General was signed on October 17, 2013 considering the conviction issued against Trimboli by the Court of Appeal in Roma on February 27, 2012.
The prosecutor in charge of the case moved to Medellin in order to bring forward the corresponding proceedings.
