The Unit of Life from the Regional Directorate of Bogota formally accused Colonels José Javier Vivas and Nelson de Jesus Arevalo as allegedly responsible for the offenses of procedural fraud, aggravated ideological representation, concealment, alteration or destruction of evidentiary material; manufacturing, trafficking and possession of firearms and aiding and abetting homicide.
The facts are related to the modification of the crime scene in the case of graffiti artist Diego Felipe Becerra, facts occurred on August 19, 2011 in Pontevedra neighborhood, north area in Bogota where he was shot allegedly by Wilmer Alarcón, a member of the National Police.
