The 4th Specialized Circuit Court in Medellin charged the Lieutenant from the Colombian National Police, Camilo José Pérez Parrado with 37 years in prison for the disappearance of a man and three women in the municipality of La Estrella (Antioquia). Two of these women were minors.
The Court approved the plea bargain between the defendant’s defense and the prosecutor. José Luis Moncada Ruiz and Alex Fernando Flórez were sentenced to 19 years in prison each.
