The Attorney General Office rejects the facts occurred on May 21 in which Fabio Alexander Marroquín Delgado, a CTI investigator from Cundinamarca Regional Office was involved. The public officer shot the arm into the air at Britalia neighborhood, Kennedy area in Bogotá, during the final competition of the Colombian professional soccer games. The public officer appeared before the Unidad de Reaccion Inmediata of Kennedy pending urgent proceedings.
This situation was brought to notice of the Directorate of the Internal Control Office from the Attorney General´s Office in order to investigate the facts and take the necessary measures.
The Attorney General’s Office regrets such kind of acts that endanger the safety of the community.
