CTI captures non-commissioned army officer (r) for aggravated murder

Researchers from the CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office captured in Santa Marta (Magdalena) to non-commissioned officer of the army in retreat, Jesús Múnera Lopera, for his alleged responsibility in the crimes of aggravated homicide, enforced disappearance and concert to commit a crime.
