By the discovery of 37 kilos of coca base hidden in the doors of his vehicle, Giovanny Aponte Sanabria was affected with security measure, by a guarantees control Judge in Florencia (Caqueta), at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office.
The facts under investigation took place on 13 February last, at a roadblock installed on the road to the town of La Montañita (Caquetá) drive to the capital of the Department. During the search, investigators of the Sijin found 37 packages hidden between the doors of automobiles that, after preliminary tests were positive for substances derived from coca base.
To the strength of the material evidence presented at hearing by prosecutors, Aponte Sanabria is paved to the charges and was sent to Cunduy jail in Florencia.
