After the discovery of a clandestine laboratory for drugs processing by researchers from the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), a sectional Attorney of the Inmediate Reaction Unit (URI) of Villavicencio requested to a guarantees control functions judge to ensure Isler Alexander Duarte Valenzuela, Weimar Gaviria Fajardo and Juan Ignacio Rodríguez López.
These people were judicialized as alleged responsible for the crimes of trafficking, manufacturing or narcotics possession, illicit destination of furniture or properties and trafficking substances for narcotics processing.
The incident occurred last January 15 at Buenavista village, seven kilometers from the capital of Meta, for the old road to Bogotá. There moved an anti-explosive unit, canine and the CTI investigators who, with support from the air force, detected a clandestine laboratory.
During the raid diligence, the CTI also seized 3,750 grams of high purity crystallized cocaine, 400 grams of cocaine base and chemical inputs: 55 solvent gallons, 10 sulfuric acid gallons, 50 kilos of activated carbon, caustic soda , calcium chloride, sodium metabisulfite, potassium permanganate, cans and containers.
Accused not raided to the charges and were sent to jail in Villavicencio.
