According to the prosecution, the former officer earned between 400,000 and three million pesos for making such illicit activities favoring others. During the investigation, it was established that procedural fraud committed five times five bribes, two ideological falsehoods, and six untruths in a public document and concealed records related to protective actions at his residence. It was also possible to establish that the crimes were committed since 2006.
