Eighth criminal Municipal Court with guarantees control functions of Cartagena took the decision to send the accused to prison, for throwing acid in the face of the woman when she was in the field of ronda Real waiting for transport.
During the hearing the defendant accepted the charges imputed by the Attorney Office and disregarded his right to remain silent telling who was allegedly hired by another person, who also practices law in Cúcuta.
