A judge with guarantee control functions of Chiriguaná (Cesar) issued a security measure against Miguel Angel Chavez Jimenez by crimes violent sexual act and aggravated and rated theft by events ocurred on December 5, 2013.
According to the prosecution, Chavez Jimenez would have entered in a house located on La Ciudadela neighborhood in the municipality of Chiriguaná, breaking a window and apparently stole one million 300 thousand pesos. In addition, he threatened a 42-year-old woman and tried to sexually abuse her. Chavez did not accept the charges.
