Before a judge with guarantee control function, the sixth delegate prosecutor before the Superior Tribunal of Santander imputed charges to Eulises Dueñas Villamizar, supervisor at different contracts related to the scandal of the carousel of contractingt in Bucaramanga.
This latest charges imputation was made by the irregularities found in the conclusion of the contract No. 313 subscribed amount of 350 million pesos with Funservir, whose purpose was to provide training to teenagers about children and adolescence law.
For his performance as a contract supervisor the accusing entity imputed him charges for the crimes of conclusion of contracts without fulfilling legal requirements, embezzlement by appropriation and ideological falsehood in a public document.
Eulises Dueñas, is meeting the home security measure by another investigation for irregularities in the contract 501 concluded with Corsoder.
