Attorneys of Money Laundering and Ownership Extinction unit ordered the occupation of the Guajira Governor properties, Juan Francisco Gomez and Marco Antonio Gil Garzón, alias El Papero, appearing on behalf of their own households.

In the Guajira Governor case, with the support of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) the Prosecutor ordered the occupation of 17 properties represented in 2 houses, 1 apartment, 2 garages, 7 lots and five farms, in addition 4 vehicles , five companies and four commercial establishments located in the departments of Atlantico and La Guajira, valued at 3.500 million pesos.

About Gil Garzón, the Attorney ordered the occupation of 66 properties, 53 vehicles, 12 companies and 3 commercial establishments worth in 300 thousand million pesos located in Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Magdalena Medio, Antioquia and Manizales.

The properties are represented in 3 houses, 7 apartments, 16 garages, a deposit, 26 lots, 9 farms, two local, an office and a service station.
