CTI Pereira members in Sausagua sector of Quichia (Risaralda)municipality, took effect the arrest warrants against Jhon Midoky Murillo Gomez, Cristian Camilo Romero Aricapa and Orlando Oliverio Ladino.
These three people were sentenced by the 3th Criminal Court of the circuit of Buenaventura at the request of the 03 specialized Attorney office of the national unit against resources and environment, for the crime of illicit exploitation of mineral deposit and others to the sentence of 42 months in prison each.
In May 2012, in “Bendiciones sector, jurisdiction of Zaragoza district, on way Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca), CTI investigators of Pereira, caught in flagrante delicto to several people, including the three captured in moments who performed illegal mining activities.
