The National Attorney’s Office for Justice and Peace handed to their families in the municipalities of Bahia Solano and Juradó (choco) skeletal remains of two fishermen and three Indians were killed by members of the Elmer Cardenas Bloc of AUC between 1996 and 1,999.

In the municipality of Bahía Solano were delivered fully identified remains of Fisher Víctor Bermúdez Córdoba, murdered on 11 May 1996.

Meanwhile, in the neighboring town of Jurado surrendered the remnants of Algemiro Chajitó Lano indigenous governor, his brother, Porfirio Chajitó Lano, and his son Alondo Chajito Viriche. The Aborigines were killed on August 8, 1999 on Aguas Calientes shelter after accusing them of being guerrilla collaborators.

In the same town were handed fisherman remains Guido Ramon Orobio Lobón. The full identity of the five victims was held at Pereira Sectional CTI laboratory withsupport by the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences.
