The third Specialized Criminal Court of Villavicencio circuit condemned to 49 months and 27 days in prison to Miladys Pardo Mejia, Hernan Rojas Bernal, Marlon Ortiz Castaneda and Blanca Iris Galeano, alias Caponera, as perpetrators of conspiracy to commit a crime with trafficking purpose and drugs possession or manufacture.
These four people had signed a pre-agreement with the Prosecutor to achieve some procedural rebates.
Last April, the Prosecutor’s Office ordered individualization and identification of persons engaged in narcotics sale and consumption in smaller amounts in Popular neighborhood of Villavicencio intelligence tasks of more than two months, these individuals who were established.
The material evidence emerged after dozens of video hours and hundreds of photographic images, as well as testimonials of hallucinogenic substances buyers.
The same process was also captured William Prieto Benito, alias Patron, who was the link between the major drugs suppliers and so-called feral.
To the latter, the judge did not approve him the pre-agreement since there was insufficient evidence to prove his alleged responsibility in the crimes charged by the Prosecutor’s Office. That process is waiting to start the trial, while others are being held in the jail.
