For his alleged responsibility in the forced displacement of 287 people in the 13 district of Medellín, the Prosecutor’s Office accused 11 members of a criminal organization known as the band of la Loma.
The facts under investigation occurred between May 3 and 5 this year, when the victims were threatened and had to flee their homes located in “La Loma” Medellin.
With the decision were affected Robinson Garcia Guzman, alias El Flaco; Ferney Acevedo Munoz, alias Reyes, Jefferson Alvarez Cano, alias El Mono, Jhony Aguirre Arango, alias La Gorda, Jesus David Cordoba Gutierrez, alias Maravilla; Jhonatan Merchan Alvarez, alias Frankenstein , Daniel Madrigal Yepes, alias Muñeco; Edier Ramirez Caicedo, alias el Niche, Wilderman Gomez Arango, alias Soldado, Juan Felipe Aristizabal Villegas, alias Orejón, and Duban Arley Rojas Silva, who must respond to a specialized judge in Medellin by punishable of conspiracy to commite a crime agravated and forced displacement in the form of mass crime.
For the same facts were also captured Wilmar Andres Esteban Ortega Bustamante and Castañeda, which was accepted charges.
