For his presumed responsibility as co-author of  Carlos Andrés González Zabala murder of 14-year-old, a 15-year-old young girl was affected with preventive detention measure by 8 criminal Municipal Court with guarantees control functions.

The investigated facts took place on 15 August at cerro de La Peña, where he was murdered with stab. The victim, whose body, covered with stones in a ditch, was found eight days later.

According to the collected testimonies by Attorney, the minor was last seen in company of the processed young girl. However, it was established that on the facts participated two  more people, another 16-year-old boy and  18-year-old. All were college partners.

While the adult was captured and secured, the youngest 16 years voluntarily surrendered and after recounting how events occurred, confessed to being the crime perpetrator. For the crime of aggravated murder, the teenager also has preventive detention measure.

According to the prosecutor narration, the murder was made by them three, motivated by previous discussions, insults crossings and minor problems. The crime was planned a week before, initially only between adult and the 16 years adolescent. But the 14 years old girl, apparently also linked and accepted to convince Gonzales Zabala to accompany her to the hill on the pretext of meeting with some friends.

The child, who was apprehended for Children – younger Police while serving a subpoena at the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), did not accept the charges that the prosecution imputed him for aggravated murder crime.

In a specialty care center must remain the teenager to enforce the measure for four months while the trial goes ahead against.
