During the hearing that took place between last August 23 and September 23, Isaza accepted charges that Attorney impute him for the crimes of disappearance and forced displacement, illegal recruitment of children and gender-based violence, for connotation cases.

The other postulates affected by the decision are: Walter Ochoa Guisao, alias El Gurre, Luis Eduardo Zuluaga Alias Maguiver, Jose Luis Zuluaga, Jhon Fredy Bedoya Gallo, alias Bird, and Oliver Isaza Gomez, alias Terror.

These people were imputed for criminal conducts as forced prostitution, sexual slavery, terrorism, illegal detention, due process denial, others room violation, hostage-taking, torture in protected person, drug trafficking and investiture simulation.

The Attorney´s Office managed the double imputation. One against the structure, i.e. against the postulates by the fact of being armed group part that committed the crimes; and other individually by the 324 facts which supposedly participated each one.
