The Cali Special Third Prosecutor affected with security measures custodial Jesus Vasquez Simanca, alias Henry, alleged former commander of the (AUC), for his alleged involvement in the eight people murder, occurred in Dagua (Valle del Cauca) on march 2013.
According to the investigation, victims, local people (farmers), were subjugated to force and taken to a farm in the Borrero Ayerbe village, where they were tortured, forced to dig their graves, and then murdered.
According to the prosecution, the bodies were buried in several individual and mass graves. Six bodies were identified and two are unidentified.
Members of the technical investigation body (CTI) captured on 14 September last in Apartadó (Antioquia), alias Henry, once the Prosecutor´s case, deliver the order respective.
After listening Vasquez Simanca inquiry, the Prosecutor’s Office issued the measure for the crimes of forced disappearance, torture, aggravated homicide, manufacture, firearms trafficking or carrying and conspiracy to commit a crime. He Also delivered incarceration order for him at prison Villa de las Palmas de Palmira (Valle del Cauca).
Meanwhile, in the same investigation, was captured last weekend, alias Resuave, former member of the AUC course, who will be heard at inquest in the coming hours.
By the same facts two convicted with sentences exceeding 50 years in prison and another person with security measures.
